TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Knife Making & Bladesmithing is an inherently dangerous activity for participants and observers.
- AK Custom Knives and Andreas Kalani are NOT responsible for injuries suffered by participants and spectators at AK Studio.
- All persons attending classes, seminars, or workshops at AK Studio or using any AK Custom Knives equipment or facilities must sign the release and waiver of liability.
- All students are required to sign the “RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY” to participate in classes.
- All students must be at least 18 years old to participate and Minors must be accompanied by an adult (adults are not required to take the class, but must be on site.)
- Physical fitness/ability to participate in the strenuous activity of bladesmithing is up to the student
- $100 non refundable deposit is required upon form submission, will be applied to the class tuition when balance is paid in full
