The knife making class was a gift from my wife for my son and me — and what an adventure it turned out to be. We’ve taken other ‘maker’ classes before, mostly in woodworking, but this was entirely new. The hands-on experience at AK University was the perfect balance of technical precision, artistic creativity, and practical craftsmanship.
