How the Experience Works

Welcome & Orientation

 (15–20 min) — Brief overview, safety, and tool familiarization. We confirm names for standard engraving and any pre‑approved company- group- event-branded options.

Build Stage 1

Frame & Hardware (45–60 min) — Lay out parts; align and secure the frame, pivot, and hardware with instructor guided steps.

Build Stage 2

Action & Tuning (45–60 min) — Fit the blade and washers/bearings (as applicable); tune for a safe, smooth open/close action.

Build Stage 3

Scales & Finishing (45–60 min) — Attach scales, verify fasteners, and complete finishing touches. No forging, heat, or grinding is involved.

Personalization

Standard: participant name engraving. Custom add‑ons: branded handles and/or laser engravings (quoted in advance).

Group Moment & Photos

(10–15 min) — Group photo and presentation of finished pieces. Our in‑house photographer documents the session so everyone can stay hands‑on.
