I’ve been fascinated by knives for as long as I can remember. Over the last couple of years, as I dove deeper into the craft, I discovered AK University and immediately felt it was the right fit. The location, the work, and even the cultural connection made it feel like the place I needed to be. What stood out most was how hands-on the experience truly was. We went through the entire knife-making process from start to finish, and whenever I made a mistake, Andreas showed me exactly how to correct it.
